3. Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship across the United States and Canada. Delivery typically takes 1-8 weeks, depending on the season and other factors. Special orders may require extra time.

5. How do I figure out how much I need?

It’s simple! On the product page, input your face feet, square feet, or linear feet to calculate tonnage. For “per piece” items, use the average piece length to estimate how many you’ll need based on your measurements.

6. Can I pick up my stones?

Unless you’ve got a commercial vessel, quarry pickups aren’t an option—delivery is the way to go.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs appear in your cart once you’ve answered the shipping prompts and entered your zip code—rates are subsidized for your savings. Pallets exceeding 1 ton? You’ll need a forklift or skid steer to unload (check weights below the quantity box on product pages). No equipment? No problem—rent a skid steer by the hour from your local hardware store. For orders under 10 tons and pallets less than or equal to 1 ton, we ship via LTL, and the stones are offloaded for you with a lift gate/pallet jack.

Returns? Due to their nature, stones are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
