Classicstone™ is exactly what it suggests, the ultimate in timeless, traditional sandstone and limestone flagstones (view gallery here). Each hand cut piece has a naturally riven surface and edges that inspire a warm and natural rustic look. Natural Paving's natural sandstone has the beauty and hard-wearing qualities of real stone to add timeless appeal to any landscape. The colors and textures have formed naturally since time began which give each skillfully crafted piece its own wonderfully unique qualities. This hand split naturally riven paving has hand cut edges.
Single size packs come with 24"x24" pavers only and it includes 44 pieces. Use with Pavetuf jointing compound (contact us for Pavetuf special order by crate).
The Classicstone™ collection includes:
Promenade™ - Natural sandstone in mainly light gray color tones with subtle mix of darker shades with occasional buff banding
Lakeland™ has shades of cool brown, lilac, grey and occasional buff.
Golden Fossil™ is a natural sandstone with a light color blend of cream, buff, pink and gray with occasional fossil imprints.

Natural Paving's stone has been tested by a lab in the US and has far surpassed all ASTM requirements for paver material.
The most recent tests completed on the Classicstone range included:
- PSI (Compressive Strength ASTM C140-15), scored an average value of 15,260. The is the amount of pressure per square inch that may be applied before the stone breaks
- Absorption Rate (ASTM C140-15), scored an average value of 1.2%. This is a very good value as a low absorption rate is crucial to prevent the stone holding onto water, especially in colder climates.
- Coefficient of Friction Rate (ASTM C140-15), scored within a range of 1.46 when dry and 0.94 when wet.
Furthermore, all products from Natural Paving are CE marked to ensure they meet with strict EU regulations that were introduced in 2013. European standards EN1341 (flagstones), EN1342 (pavers) and EN1343 (kerbs) specify the requirements and test methods for each of these. The CE testing covers areas similar to ASTM including water absorbency, flexural strength and frost resistance.
All natural stone products have been tested to show the various properties of each stone and how it is likely to react under different circumstances.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs appear in your cart once you’ve answered the shipping prompts and entered your zip code—rates are subsidized for your savings. Ordering over 10 tons or pallets exceeding 1 ton? You’ll need a flatbed truck and a forklift or skid steer to unload (check weights below the quantity box on product pages). No equipment? No problem—rent a skid steer by the hour from your local hardware store. For orders under 10 tons and pallets below 1 ton, we ship via LTL, and the stones are offloaded for you with a pallet jack.
Returns? Due to their nature, stones are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
