Banas Stones has developed a line of innovative pedestal supports and installation accessories designed to elevate and level outdoor porcelain and paver surfaces. These systems provide flexible solutions for building over uneven ground, rooftops, or existing structures without extensive groundwork.

14" Porcelain Blade

A durable 14-inch porcelain cutting blade designed for clean, precise cuts when working with porcelain pavers and slabs.

5/32" Spacer Tabs (100 pieces/Bag)

Spacer tabs are installed on pedestal heads to create consistent spacing between tiles for proper drainage, airflow, and alignment. Each bag includes 100 pieces.

5/16" Spacer Tabs (100 pieces/Bag)

Wider spacer tabs designed for larger joint spacing between porcelain tiles or pavers. Each bag includes 100 pieces.

A low-profile adjustable pedestal support for raised outdoor surfaces. Includes a 5/32" spacer tab and rubber pad for stability and vibration reduction.

Pedestal, Large; 2.4"-4.1", includes 3/4" shim, 5/32" Spacer Tab, 2 3/8" T-Head Pedestal with Fix Collar and 2 1/8" T-Base

A heavy-duty pedestal support system for higher load applications. Includes a 3/4" shim, 5/32" spacer tab, 2 3/8" T-head with fix collar, and a 2 1/8" T-base for reinforced stability.

Pedestal, Self-Leveling; 6"-16", includes 5/32" Spacer Tab, rubber pad

Self-leveling pedestals automatically compensate for slopes up to 5%, ensuring a level surface even on uneven terrain. Includes a 5/32" spacer tab and rubber pad.

Pedestal T-Extender; 8 3/4" (7 1/2" additional height)

An extender component designed to increase pedestal height. Installed within the pedestal assembly to add up to 7 1/2" of additional elevation.

3/4" shim

Shims provide added anti-slip performance, shock absorption, sound reduction, and compensation for thickness variation in porcelain or stone slabs.

Stackable extension pad with soft rubber; 1 3/4" additional height, add on top of pedestal head

A stackable rubber-topped pad that installs on the pedestal head to add 1 3/4" of extra height while improving surface grip and stability.

8" Base slope corrector (up to 5% slope adjustable)

A base-mounted slope correction accessory designed to compensate for uneven substrates. Adjustable up to a 5% slope depending on installation conditions.

Pedestal, Fixed Height; 1/2"

A fixed-height pedestal support designed for consistent raised installations. Suitable for outdoor terrace systems using porcelain, stone, decking, composite, and other surface materials.

2. Can I get a sample?

Yes! Email Support@stonesdirect.com with your desired product and shipping address. Samples are free, though shipping fees apply—we’ll credit that fee back if your order tops $2,500. Some samples can be ordered online via the blue hyperlink below the “Add to Cart” button on product pages. Note: Samples are for color reference only.

3. Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship across the United States and Canada. Delivery typically takes 1-8 weeks, depending on the season and other factors. Special orders may require extra time.

4. How much is shipping?

Our automated system compares hundreds of carriers to calculate shipping, which we subsidize for you. Answer a few quick questions in your cart to see the exact cost.

5. How do I figure out how much I need?

It’s simple! On the product page, input your face feet, square feet, or linear feet to calculate tonnage. For “per piece” items, use the average piece length to estimate how many you’ll need based on your measurements.

6. Can I pick up my stones?

Unless you’ve got a commercial vessel, quarry pickups aren’t an option—delivery is the way to go.

7. Do you provide installers?

We’ve got a network of contractors! Contact us to check if there’s one near you.

Shipping costs appear in your cart once you’ve answered the shipping prompts and entered your zip code—rates are subsidized for your savings. Please note these are spot quotes and are subject to change slightly on actual shipping date - we do not control these rates from 3PL carriers. We do, however, work with over 100 carriers to get the best price.

Pallets exceeding 1 ton (2000 lbs)? You’ll need a forklift or skid steer to offload from the truck as its too heavy for lift gates (check weights below the quantity box on product pages). No equipment? Explore renting a skid steer by the hour from your local hardware store. Still have concerns with offloading options? Call us and maybe we can find other solutions.

For orders under 10 tons and pallets less than or equal to 1 ton, we ship via LTL, and the stones are offloaded for you with a lift gate/pallet jack.

Returns? Due to their nature, stones are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
