Shipping costs appear in your cart once you’ve answered the shipping prompts and entered your zip code—rates are subsidized for your savings. Please note these are spot quotes and are subject to change slightly on actual shipping date - we do not control these rates from 3PL carriers. We do, however, work with over 100 carriers to get the best price.
Pallets exceeding 1 ton (2000 lbs)? You’ll need a forklift or skid steer to offload from the truck as its too heavy for lift gates (check weights below the quantity box on product pages). For orders under 10 tons and pallets less than or equal to 1 ton, we ship via LTL, and the stones are offloaded for you with a lift gate/pallet jack.
Returns? Due to their nature, stones are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
