If you miss your delivery appointment or don’t have a required forklift for a TL delivery, you’ll incur a $450+ redelivery fee and $100/day storage costs. If unloading takes longer than 1 hour, detention fees of $100/hour may apply. These policies are designed to keep delivery efficient and prevent delays for other customers.
