LTL deliveries for natural steps are curbside only. Pallets are lowered via tailgate and rolled off using a pallet jack onto a level, hard surface like concrete or tarmac. The delivery site must have a suitable surface—grass, soil, or gravel will not work. The maximum pallet weight for LTL is 1 ton. You or an authorized representative must be present to inspect and accept the delivery. If your location has limited access or cannot meet these requirements, please notify us when ordering to avoid additional fees or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
