Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been sent, and refunds are only offered for damage or shipping errors. Understanding the cancellation and refund policy is crucial, especially for custom or large orders, to avoid unexpected costs. Shipped items are not returnable. We are charged credit card fees and those will be withheld upon cancellation or orders. These credit card fees are non-refundable buy the credit card supplier - we have no control over this.
